Your products will either arrive in a cardboard mailer box or a compostable mailer bag (depending on the size of your order).

We respect your privacy so your order will be shipped discreetly with no branding on the outside of the box or mailer bag.

We've worked really hard to make sure our packaging is as sustainable as possible. Unfortunately, some items have required a protective casing of soft plastic for safe shipping. We're working really hard to find alternative solutions, thanks for your patience.

We do our best to accommodate shipping address updates after address confirmation on check-out, however, despite our best efforts they are still occasionally sent through to Australia Post as the original address.

To update your address after your order has been placed, please email us at hello@lbdo.com.au as soon as possible. If you have already received your shipping confirmation, updates to your shipping address can be made with Australia Post directly using the details found on your shipping confirmation email.

Please refer back to the shipping confirmation email for your tracking link to monitor the estimated delivery time for your package. In the event you have not received your shipping confirmation email or can’t find your tracking number, please contact our customer service team at hello@lbdo.com.au and we will be happy to assist you.

Please ensure to regularly monitor tracking information and collect packages promptly from the mail or designated delivery service within the specified time frame.

If there's a possibility of missing a package or a change in plans, please contact our customer support team promptly to address any concerns or reschedule delivery.

Please note, reshipment of returned packages may be subject to additional shipping fees or address verification to ensure successful delivery.

Due to health and safety issues, if an item has been opened or used, unfortunately we cannot accept a return unless under product warranty. To be eligible for a return your item/s must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out at hello@lbdo.com.au, with a detailed description of the issue, and photos.

We work directly with manufacturers from all over the world including many locally in Australia. Please see individual product pages for specific manufacturing details.

Occasionally, your device may need a force reset which can be done by holding down the on/off button for 10-15 seconds. We also suggest checking if the device is charged!
